Please telephone during reception hours to speak to a member of staff who will be happy to help. If calling outside these hours you may either leave a message on the answer-phone or send an email.
The online booking system is live and can be used to instantly check availability and prices. Reservations can then be made using a credit card. Alternatively you can complete & return a fax reservation form (contact the hotel to request a form).
A first night deposit is required on each room. Once a deposit is received it cannot be refunded in the event of a cancellation. However the deposit may be transferred to a different date - please see 'terms and conditions' when entering your credit card details.
We regret that we are unable to guarantee reservations by taking a credit card number over the telephone.
Customers may check in from 07:30-23:30. Rooms are ready for check in from 13:30. If you arrive earlier you can leave your luggage and return later in the day. The checkout time is 11:00.
